Cynthia Ellen Nixon (New York, 9 aprile 1966) è un'attrice e attivista statunitense. È nota per il ruolo di Miranda Hobbes nella serie televisiva Sex and the City (1998-2004), per la quale si è aggiudicata due Screen Actors Guild Awards e un Premio Emmy, venendo candidata quattro volte al Golden Globe. Ha ripreso il ruolo nei film Sex and the City (2008) e Sex and the City 2 (2010) e dal 2021 nella serie televisiva And Just Like That....
